Ukraine's number two Jewish official: Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the President's Office

I spoke recently with Iryna Mudra, the second highest government official of Jewish background in Ukraine (after President Volodymyr Zelensky). As Deputy Head of the President's Office for Legal Affairs, her responsibilities include both domestic and international affairs: the legal support of the president's office, coordination of national efforts for judicial reform, international efforts to establish a special tribunal for the crime of aggression, and creating mechanisms for compensation and reparations to Ukraine, i.e. the transfer of Russian assets to rebuild the country.
