The Victor C. Goldbloom Memorial Lecture: “Ukrainian-Jewish Relations: Ukraine Today and Human Rights Issues in the Region”

Please join us for the Victor C. Goldbloom Memorial Lecture with the Honourable Irwin Cotler on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. at the Jewish Public Library. Sheila Goldbloom will receive the first Building Bridges award for her contributions to interfaith and interethnic dialogue.

In 2015, Jewish, Ukrainian, and other communities supported the designation of Genocide Prevention Month by the House of Commons. In recognition of this historic event, Professor Cotler will focus on universal human rights, justice, and the lessons of remembrance.
