Video: International colloquium on the 80th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy

A video recording of the international colloquium on the 80th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy entitled "The Holocaust in Ukraine: Historiographic Trends, Commemoration, and the Conceptualization of the Crime" has been produced. The conference took place on 28–29 September 2021 and was attended by such leading historians of the Holocaust as Karel Berkhoff, Dieter Pohl, Kai Struve, Yaroslav Hrytsak, and Gelinada Grinchenko.

An international colloquium on the 80th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy entitled "The Holocaust in Ukraine: Historiographic Trends, Commemoration, and the Conceptualization of the Crime" took place on 28–29 September. A discussion forum on the "Holocaust in Ukraine: Findings and Perspectives" was held on 28 September with the participation of Karel Berkhoff, Gelinada Grinchenko, Dieter Pohl, and Kai Struve. The colloquium was part of the project "The Burden of Memory of the Holocaust in Ukraine: Intersecting Research from France and Ukraine," which is supported by Ukraine's Ministry of Education and Science (a joint Ukrainian–French scholarly research project), the Canadian charitable non-profit organization Ukrainian Jewish Encounter, and the Network of Memory project of the Foundation for the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.
